Today’s rainy weather in Atlanta has me missing these running views and my best friend! • Sue and I have had such a great summer so far! We traveled throughout Europe together and then she moved to Montana to work on a ranch for the next few months as I ventured to Atlanta for my training for @teachforamerica. • Although we are both so busy, we are finding the time to exercise and eat healthy and will share with y’all when we can! 🍎 • Thanks for your support and for following along as the GvilleFitTwins see new parts of the world! 🤗-MB

We are currently eating our way through Italy and Switzerland! 🇮🇹 🇨🇭 • We have had such a fun time treating ourselves and trying new things!

Today was the end of an era. • From celebrations, to sorrows, to fostering friendships, @tandem_cc has always been our home to make memories. • It’s not goodbye, instead it’s see you later. Thank you so much for the friendships and constant gratitude. • Y’all made us feel so loved today and have made us realize what #togetherisbest truly means ♥️

One week ago today, I ran the @villetovillerelay with my dad, my cousin Mack, and two of Mack’s friends! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ • This race was a team relay where we ran from Asheville to Greenville! Each of us had two legs where we ran through the mountains down into the upstate. • In total, I ran 11 miles, which was my longest run since my last half marathon in December! Even though it was a tough race, it was well organized, and overall an incredible experience! - Sue

Happy Sunday friends! Here is a little snapshot of my walk from today. I got to catch up with my momma, cuddle with my pups, and be outside where there was not a cloud in the sky! • I encourage you guys to get outside this week, be around people you love, and do things (or eat things) that bring you joy - XO, Sus

All smiles as our spring break comes to a close!! • With that being said, I’m entering this upcoming week with fresh goals! Instead of having the mentality of needing to reset after vacation, I want to meet myself where I am at. • First goal - Be consistent! I want to keep up my workouts while also consistently eating foods that make me feel good 🍏🥗 • Second goal - Eat intuitively. I want to focus more on eating when my body is hungry and eating foods that my body craves. That may look like a smoothie, a salad, or a cookie 🤷🏼‍♀️ • Third goal - Incorporate one (or more) low impact workout into my exercise routine a week. I’ve noticed low impact workouts such as yoga make me feel SO good 🙌🏻 • Will make sure to keep y’all posted on how I am doing with these goals! Feel free to join me too 💗 - Sus
